If you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can make adjustments if needed. • Adjustments must be consistent with the original consultation — major changes outside of that scope will require a new service appointment and fee. ✨ No Refunds • Due to the time, products, and professional services rendered, we do not offer refunds. • Instead, we are happy to make minor adjustments within 7 days of your original service to ensure you leave feeling confident. ✨ Color Corrections / Multiple Sessions • Some color goals (blonde, beige, silver, etc.) may require multiple sessions to achieve while maintaining the integrity of your hair. • These journeys are discussed in detail during your consultation, and results may vary depending on your hair history and condition. ✨ Client Agreement By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
